The Service Fee is the compensation for our services. In addition, there are disbursements, such as notarizations, shipping, and apostille fees, depending on your specific requirements. Disbursements are not additional charges — they are standard third-party expenses you would incur even if you handled the process yourself.
IMPORTANT: Please evaluate the service fee that you are going to pay to us, against the costs you would have doing the process by yourself, including the value of several hours of your time, the cost of gasoline/TTC and other means of transportation, the cost of parking downtown, going to a Notary Public to obtain notarization, fill out the Apostille application, etc. or, in alternative, skip some of those above-mentioned costs sending the documents by mail, but waiting several weeks before getting the apostilled documents back.
Valid starting on January 1, 2026 and until further notice.
